Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.

For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type however with different bonuses.
