4.2.2 Kin Yat will monitor and report to iRobot monthly the percent of Purchase orders that are delivered on-time. This is based on iRobot's definition of "on-time" that includes shipping the components, materials and products ordered by iRobot to be delivered within the Lead Time, plus any required shipping dates as specified in the applicable specifications for the product. Kin Yat must also maintain the records of all Supplier Quality Assurance testing and evaluations.
