Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements that are applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, like armor, weapon, or ring. This replaces the item upgrader mod with an identical item however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't keep the level of the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment, for example increasing its damage.

Players can roll their equipment using three aspects: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To create them, you need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This lets you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item upgrading. This makes the system an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Moreover, players can transfer the experience and the progress of an upgraded item to new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are numerous methods to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade item materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item upgrader mod a boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be added and an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Once a player has enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will start the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is added to an item, it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they get an exact roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to getting the upgrade completed.
